Tuesday night Ashley and I had a little date night at Tsunami in the Vista. She has been raving about the great sushi at Tsunami since her last girls night out. Our old favorite was Miyabi’s out at Harbison, but after Tuesday I will never go there for sushi. Tsunami was amazing. Easily the best sushi I have ever had. Below are the dishes that I tried. I recommend everyone, sushi fans or not, go try these.
Tuna, Salmon, Yellow tail, Crab and Red Snapper rolled and fried in bread crumbs. Served with a sweet hot chili sauce.
– Crab and Tempura Flakes with Crab, Shrimp and Spicy Mayo mixed on top
– Tempura Shrimp, Cucumber, and Spicy Mayo with Shrimp and Avocado on top.
