Just wanted to post a quick note to share an email that I received today from my beloved Netflix. Being the Blu-ray junkie I am, I am willing to cough up an extra $2 each month. While the 1080P resolution is enough, Netflix thought to sweeten the deal. Below is the email they sent me explaining how the movie in the top of my queue was not available from my local shipment center. They are shipping the Weeds season 3 Blu-ray from another city and to hold me over they have already sent me the #2 in the queue as a FREE bonus. I never had to contact them, nor did I have to complain about the delay is mailing. Very impressive. Thank you Netflix!
